Hornet wrestlers sixth at Mount Carmel Tournament

The Wellsboro Wrestling team took home sixth place at the Mount Carmel Tournament over the weekend.
The team scored 85.5 team points.
Junior Brandon Owlett took 1st place in his 152 lb. weight class and Senior Chad Daugherty finished 1st at 195 lbs. Senior Josh Kennedy also took 3rd at 145 lbs. to round out the Hornets' individual accomplishments.
The Hornets will be back in action on Tuesday, December 18 as they travel to Wyalusing for their first division match of the 2012 season.
